Who we are

What we collect and why
Contact form. When you send us a message we collect the name, email address, phone number, company and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Messages are delivered to us by our form-handling provider and then held in our email system.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies. This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. The embedded Google map on the Contact page and the Google Fonts used for text are served by Google, which may set its own cookies or collect technical data; see Google’s privacy policy for details.
AGAD Portal
The AGAD Portal service, its mobile apps and the data customers store in it are covered by the separate AGAD Portal privacy policy and by our customer agreements. Listo’s information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by NQA for the protection of data stored, processed and transmitted by the AGAD Portal.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then in line with our normal record-retention practice.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and our email (such as our hosting and form-handling providers), and where required by law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email agad@listo-ltd.com.
